Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using MetaLens you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

MetaLens provides AI-powered audit and governance tools for Metabase instances. You connect your own Metabase instance. We process metadata to generate health scores, identify issues, and support AI-assisted workflows.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to connect the Metabase instance you provide.
• You are responsible for any actions taken in your Metabase based on MetaLens recommendations.
• You must not use MetaLens to access systems you are not authorised to access.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

5. Limitation of liability

MetaLens is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from use of the service. Always review AI-generated SQL before deploying to production.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
